This Privacy Policy covers Sandalwood’ interactions between our investors and our client organisations. Sandalwood is not responsible in any way for the interactions or breaches of trust between investor funds or syndicates and their members.
Sandalwood will frequently contact interested parties, its direct investors and investment funds on a regular basis. Consequently, Sandalwood will need to collect and maintain information relating to an organisation and their members in order to meet our reporting obligations. Sandalwood will require bank account details from client organisations and direct investors in order to facilitate financial transactions.
Sandalwood will not sell or rent your member’s personal details or sell or rent your organisation’s membership lists.
Member’s information may be used for the purposes relating to the financial transactions through Stripe or Pay Pal, which may involve interaction with financial and risk management organisations.
Your Personal Information may be disclosed to third parties where
a) you consent to the use or disclosure; and
b) where required or authorised by law.
No client organisation will have access to any other client organisation’s data.
Our service provider utilises several commercial grade, cutting edge technologies to ensure the security and integrity of your data.
All members and client organisations are responsible to update their client details as they change. We encourage all members to check, update and/or correct that information to maintain its currency.
Client organisations and members are solely responsible for protecting account passwords. User names and other account information that will allow access to client organisation or member data.
This Policy may change from time to time and is available on our website. Where a substantive change is made, client organisations and their members will be notified ahead of time.
